• Provide outstanding customer service and build strong rapport with our members.
• Understand and anticipate customer needs to ensure consistent satisfaction.

• Work flexible shifts, including afternoons, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following:

• Extensive customer service experience.
• Proven ability to manage relationships effectively.
• Experience handling difficult customer situations calmly and professionally.
• Demonstrated understanding of and sensitivity to cultural diversity issues.
• Goal-oriented with a strong focus on service satisfaction.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Hotel concierge experience (preferred).
• Proficiency in Korean (highly desirable).
• Flexibility to work various rostered shifts.
• Experience in leading and mentoring a team.
• Current RSA and RCG certifications.
