Key Responsibilities

• Preparing and serving a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to a high standard.
• Providing exceptional customer service and responding promptly to customer needs.
• Adhering to all relevant health, safety and licensing regulations.
• Maintaining a clean, tidy and organised work environment.
• Maintaining a clean and tidy floor and dining space for customers.
• Assisting with stock management, product placement and stock control as required.
• Training new staff.
• Ability to flex work pace to meet demand.

Key requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and cash handling.
• A current RSA and RCG certificate.
• Availability to work a flexible roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Available to attend training sessions.
• Wine knowledge, including ability to suggest food match recommendations.
• Beer and draught beer systems knowledge.
• Spirits knowledge.
• Cocktail making experience.
