In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring our kitchen operations run smoothly. From maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards to assisting with food preparation, your efforts will help us deliver high-quality dining experiences to our members and guests.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about food and hospitality. You will be required to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and clean dishes, utensils, kitchen equipment, and work areas to ensure a safe and organized environment.
• Assist chefs with general food preparation and handling tasks, ensuring efficiency in the kitchen.
• Adhere to strict hygiene and Health & Safety regulations within the kitchen.
• Ensure that all food prepared meets the club’s high standards of quality, consistency, and presentation.
• Support the kitchen team with receiving and storing deliveries, ensuring stock is properly rotated and stored.

About You:

• Previous experience as a Kitchen Hand in a busy kitchen environment is essential.
• Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and multitask in a dynamic setting.
• Current RSA and RCG certifications, or a willingness to obtain these before starting.
• A proactive and positive attitude, with a strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
