DOOLEYS is a community club that welcomes all members of the community. We offer a variety of well-appointed dining, entertainment and function facilities at two Sydney locations.  In addition, to regular Club facilities, DOOLEYS Health and Fitness offers a broad range of health and fitness facilities and service to support Club members.

Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to

  • Complying with all relevant legislation pertaining to Clubs including Responsible Services of Alcohol, Responsible Conduct of Gaming, Food Safety and organisational Standard Operating Procedures
  • Maintaining a safe and clean environment for internal and external customers
  • Delivery of exceptional customer experiences through the provision of all services across the Club
  • Promoting the Club and benefits of membership including activities and promotions marketed in YOURS Magazine.
  • Ensuring careful and accurate handling of all cash, stock and equipment
  • Working across multiple areas of the Club when necessary
  • Ensuring reliability and punctuality at all times
  • Adhering to Club WHS requirements and responsibilities
  • Adhering to Club Values – Courage, Respect, Professionalism, Integrity, Humility
  • Other duties as directed by Team Leader, Supervisor, Customer Service Manager, Operations Manager and/or other Club Managers

For you to be successful in this exciting new role, you must possess the following.

  • Responsible Service of Alcohol Qualification
  • Responsible Conduct of Gaming Qualification
  • Certificate III in Hospitality (Desirable)
  • Customer service experience
  • Previous hospitality experience desirable but not essential
