As a Cellar person, you will be responsible for the ordering, receiving, storage, and distribution of beverages, food and consumable items across the Club. You will also play a key part in maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organised loading dock and storage environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage stock rotation and maintain accurate records of food and beverage transfers
  • Monitor and record daily temperature checks in line with food safety standards
  • Receive and process all deliveries via the loading dock (including food, beverages, dry goods, and courier items)
  • Ensure all goods are received in accordance with food safety guidelines, including temperature control
  • Match invoices to deliveries and process returns using SAP
  • Follow sustainability practices, including recycling of materials within the dock area
  • Order consumables, chemicals, and beverages across all sites
  • Clean beer lines and assist with daily bar set-up
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and WHS compliance

About You

  • Available to work across a 7-day roster (including weekends and public holidays)
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Experience with SAP is highly regarded but not essential
  • Sound understanding of Work Health & Safety and manual handling practices
  • Hold a valid driver’s licence and have reliable transport
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with suppliers
  • Strong interpersonal skills, as you will be working with many stakeholders across the Club
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative
  • A valid RSA and RCG competency Card
