Job Description:

The position is working as part of a team of staff to ensure all of the members and guests are provided with the best support and motivation to keep training consistently and to reach their health and Fitness goals. To ensure that the facility is well maintained and clean and that all equipment is operating at an optimum level with minimum downtime

Responsibilities:

• Greeting members and attending to enquiries with 100% attention
• Engaging, motivating and assisting members on the Gym Floor
• Conducting fitness consultations including designing customised fitness programs
• Executing small group training sessions with a focus on innovation + motivation
• Maintaining Gym Floor and Facility standards
• Membership Services duties such as admin and member enquires

Position Requirements

• Responsible Service of Alcohol Qualification
• Responsible Conduct of Gaming Qualification
• Working With Children’s Check
• Cert III in Fitness or relevant Bachelor Degree
• First Aid & CPR
